Appreciators of the arts will enjoy being situated just across from the Sunset Center and walking distance from the Forest Theater, and nature-lovers will love the proximity to the Mission Trail System, miles of sandy beaches and parks like Point Lobos State Reserve. The well-cared for condominium complex has a central garden courtyard with mature landscaping, succulent gardens and a bubbling fountain. Dolcevita is on the ground floor of the two-level building.

Living Space
The comfortable living room features an attractive floor-to-ceiling Carmel stone fireplace (gas), complemented by classic built-ins and elegant plantation shutters. The wifi-enabled Smart TV is available for streaming your favorite shows (guests should bring their own logins for their preferred streaming services).

Kitchen and Dining
Tile graces the floor and countertops in this conveniently laid out kitchen which includes a sleek, easy-to-clean flat electric stovetop, a built-in microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen can be closed off by shutters and bi-fold doors, or opened up to the rest of the living space.
The adjacent dining table is perfect to share meals or play games.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with both a standing shower and a separate bath tub.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a TV.
The full hall bath has a standing shower.

Shared, free washers and dryers are located in the underground garage space (not inside the unit).

One designated parking space is located in the secure underground shared garage. Short term street parking is permitted but is closely monitored. Across 8th street is a municipal parking lot where all-day free parking is available on a first come, first served basis (not overnight). The municipal parking lot has convenient EV (electric vehicle) charging stations as well.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
