Soak away your cares in the hot tub after spending the day exploring the central California Coast. Scenic drives, world-class golfing, restaurants to please every Foodie, hikes and tours for nature-lovers, boutique shopping and more await you.

All one level inside, this 2,880 sf home has a convenient layout and space for everyone. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this is the perfect home for three couples traveling together and many family configurations.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a California king bed.
Bedroom #3 has a California king bed.
There are two more full bathrooms in the home, one with a standing shower and one with a shower-over-tub combination.

A laundry room with washer and dryer is available to guests.

Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Please note that the yard is not fenced.

A two car garage is available for guest parking and the long driveway can hold up to 4 vehicles. A Tesla EV (electric vehicle) charger is on hand. Guests should bring their own cord and adaptor as needed.
