Located in Corral de Tierra, just west of Monterey and south of Salinas in the sunny Salinas Valley. Just 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Monterey and nearby coastal towns like Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pebble Beach® and Pacific Grove.
Nearby attractions include hiking trails at Toro Park, Laguna Seca Raceway and public golf course, private clubs like Chamisal Tennis and Fitness Club and Corral de Tierra Country Club (golf). Situated up a private road half mile from Hwy 68.

From the Monterey County website, regarding nearby Toro Park: "Toro Park’s pastoral setting makes it an ideal choice for family outings. It also has much to offer outdoor enthusiasts. Park facilities include a large open turf area, barbecue areas for individual or group use, playgrounds, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, and over 20 miles of hiking trails, many designated for mountain bike use."

This single-level ranch style home has thoughtful updates throughout and is offered unfurnished to long term renters of 12+ months. Extensions would be welcome.

Beautiful Chef's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances including double Viking ovens and richly toned cabinets and counter tops.

Conveniences and amenities include: solar system, stand-by generator, double pane Anderson windows, Hunter Douglas blinds, backyard hot tub, water softener, kitchen filtration system, new furnace (2016), built-in safe, 2 tank-less water heaters.

There are a total of four bedrooms in the home.
The primary bedroom has a gas fireplace insert and an en suite bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub.
The other two bathrooms each have a shower-over-tub-combination. One of those bathrooms is also home to the laundry center with full size washer and dryer included in the rental.

Many fruit trees, drip system, 50 foot terraced planter beds, green house and shed will come in handy for a resident garden enthusiast.

2 car attached garage, 4 car detached carport + RV/boat parking area on recently resurfaced driveway.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum. A nice dog run is on site.

Offered at $6,000 per month plus utilities. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and upkeep of the hot tub. Periodic landscape maintenance is included in the rental cost. Fees and deposits may apply including a refundable deposit of $6,000 applies plus a pet deposit if applicable.
