Del Rey Oaks is a quiet tiny town that borders Monterey and Seaside. This neighborhood is made of up single family homes with large lots and is located near a 17 acre wetland preserve.

The home has a large back yard and the entire property is fenced. The front of the property has a low fence and a gate at the driveway.
Two vehicles can park inside the gate in the driveway. Additional parking is found outside the fence, near the street.
An EV (electrical vehicle) outlet is on hand - guests should bring their own cord and adaptor.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
