This charming cottage is in a delightful section of Carmel, just minutes from downtown and the beach.
Located just blocks from the center of downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and steps from the Mission Trail System, this updated cottage is brand new to the vacation rental market. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring nearby sandy beaches, Point Lobos State Reserve and the wonders of the Big Sur Coastline just to the south. Golfers, Foodies, Families and Wine Lovers alike will find plenty of activities throughout Carmel and nearby coastal towns like Monterey, Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach®.

Beautifully remodeled home with oak wood flooring and tons of light throughout. Open living room with gas fireplace with stone surround and a TV with streaming service (guests should bring their own logins). Well-equipped for extended stays!
Kitchen and Dining
The completely remodeled kitchen has clean lines with a very comfortable and open feeling. Plenty of storage, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and side-by-side front-loading washer and dryer.
Cozy dining room with French doors leading to a patio perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
Sand and Sunsets has a wonderful, very private rear deck that catches the Camel morning sunshine, a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, breakfast, or a private evening meal. The park-like backyard is beautifully landscaped and is surrounded by privacy fencing and mature trees.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedrooms have a hypoallergenic mattress, hypoallergenic topper and cotton sheets for your comfort and well being.
Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed, TV with streaming service (guests should bring their own logins) and French doors leading to back yard facing deck. The en suite bathroom has a dual sink vanity and frameless glass shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and great closet space.
Sorry, this is not a pet-friendly home. We hope that people with allergies will find comfort in a pet-free environment, wood floors, hypoallergenic mattresses and a clean environment when they stay at Sand and Sunsets.
Parking for one modestly-sized vehicle is available in the small 1-car garage. Off-street parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway. Street parking in front of the home is available on a first come, first served basis.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
This vacation home is professionally managed by Sanctuary Vacation Rentals. With over 15 years of property management experience, Sanctuary strives to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home. Each home has beach towels, shower and bath amenities and spa-style robes. Our team is available 7 days a week to assist you. We look forward to hosting you!
