This newly constructed gem boasts expansive bay views from large windows and is located in a section of New Monterey just a few blocks above historic Cannery Row. Walking distance from the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf and the Recreation Trail that wraps around the bay with easy access to restaurants, shops and area attractions.

Easy walking to San Carlos Beach and the Coast Guard Pier, perfect for viewing local sea life including otters, harbor seals, sea lions and countless birds. Just a short drive brings you to multiple beaches, the quaint shops of Carmel-by-the-Sea and Pacific Grove or golfing in Pebble Beach®.

This is a guest house unit on the property. The main house is owner-occupied. The guest house is on the second level, above the garage.
This elevated vantage point affords beautiful views of Monterey Bay. No walls are shared with the main house.

Living Space
The living room has a comfortable sofa with chaise, a handsome leather recliner, a gas fireplace and a TV with satellite service.
Lofty ceilings, wood floors and a bay view balcony make this cozy space live large. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully-equipped for making meals at home. Two stools at the kitchen counter are handy for casual meals and a free standing rolling cart with an extending top and extra stools inside can be pulled out when you need additional seating. When you want to dine out, walk or drive to one of the many local restaurants.

Bedrooms and Bathroom
Both bedrooms are comfortable and homey - perfect for extended stays.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with gleaming tiles in colors of the sea and frameless glass surround. Natural light streams in from the window.

Access to a washer and dryer is available.

Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis on this residential street. The garage is not available for guest use.
