Wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean with the Coastal Access right across the street which leads you to the irresistible white sand beach of Carmel. Relaxing walks await you and the sound of the surf will soothe you. Leave your car in the garage, you will not need it as you walk into the designated path near the Pebble Beach gate as you watch the pros and celebrities during the AT&T Tournament.

Living Space
From stunning exposed beams on the vaulted ceilings to the gorgeous custom kitchen, this warm and stylish home blends charm and sophistication throughout.
This is a 2-level, 1,326 sf home. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace that is flanked by attractive custom built-in shelving, wood floors, lofty ceilings and an ocean view from the large windows.

Kitchen and Dining
Immaculate chef's kitchen with gleaming solid countertops, mosaic tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas stove. The beautiful copper apron-front sink faces the ocean so the view can be enjoyed while doing prep and cleanup.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Two spacious bedrooms, one on each level.
The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, marble shower, fireplace and patio.
The downstairs guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub and a cute patio outside the French doors.
The home also has a powder room/half bathroom.

A dedicated laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum. The back yard is fenced.

Attached single car garage plus two on-site parking spaces.

$7,000 per month plus $7,000 deposit and utilities. The Owner pays for sewer and regular landscape maintenance.
