With easy access to absolutely everything on the central California Coast, you'll be able to day trip from San Francisco to San Simeon from this perfect location, as well as enjoy hyper local sights and Monterey Peninsula events.

Nature lovers and hikers will enjoy being close to Point Lobos State Reserve, Big Sur and miles of sandy beaches. Golfers and Foodies will likewise love the array of options near the home. Seaside Bash is perfectly set up for family getaways, couples retreats and groups of friends who will appreciate how this home is set up for gathering and comfort.

Living Space:
High style flows seamlessly through the rooms of this remodeled home. Gleaming wood floors, tons of windows and a wood burning fireplace add warmth while neutral furnishings, light paint tones and a chic accent wall keep things cool.

Kitchen and Dining:
The kitchen is full-equipped for your family to create meals at home together.

Bathrooms and Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a king bed.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed.
The home has two full bathrooms - one has a shower-over-tub combination and the other has a standing shower.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. The yard is fenced but dogs should not be left anywhere on the property unattended.

This vacation home is professionally managed by Sanctuary Vacation Rentals. With over 15 years of property management experience, Sanctuary strives to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home. Each home has beach towels, shower and bath amenities and spa-style robes. Our team is available 7 days a week to assist you. We look forward to hosting you!

We were very comfortable in this newly remodeled 4 bedroom home. There were lots of welcoming spaces to visit, as a group, both indoors and outside. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was extra clean. The hosts were helpful and responsive. We loved being so close to the downtown area and would definitely stay there again.

The stay was exactly as pictured and described! Nice little 15-20 min walk downtown. New Windows and doors plus the wall helps with the road noise and makes it feel very private. WiFi was fast and everything worked well. Enough kitchen supplies and plenty of linens for sheets and towels. Would definitely recommend to stay here and use Sanctuary again.

The Home Was Gorgeous

Was a great experience. We were a little worried seeing that it was right on the main highway, but they did a fantastic job with the new wall that blocked out the car sounds inside the home. The home was gorgeous. The hosts are VERY responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
