This home is brand new to the vacation rental market.

Set in a prime location on the Monterey Peninsula, you will be near the ocean and downtown Pacific Grove. Pebble Beach® proper is just a short drive away right along famous 17 Mile Drive®.

Golfers, nature-lovers and foodies alike will be enticed by all of the local offerings.

Living Spaces
Casaletto at 17 Mile Drive is full of updated, sleek finishes, all new furnishings, beds and linens.
The large, fenced back yard has a patio with seating, a gas grill and fresh landscaping. Well-equipped for extended stays!

The cozy living room has an LED fireplace perfect for cool evenings and a large flat screen TV.
A love seat and two upholstered chairs are arranged for intimate chats.
A wall-mounted mini split heating and cooling unit efficiently and quietly keeps the main living space comfortable. The bedrooms each have their own unit.

Kitchen and Dining
The stylish kitchen is ready to cater to the chef in you with everything you need for creating meals at home.
A large countertop has seating for four on stylish stools. Just off the kitchen is a sun room with a small table and four chairs for another dining option.
When you want to take the night off and eat out, Pacific Grove and nearby coastal towns like Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea have a bevy of world-class dining options from which to choose.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own mini split heating/cooling unit for your comfort.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite powder room/half bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
The home has a full bathroom with a standing shower.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Off-street parking for one vehicle in the driveway and ample street parking is also available. A 240V Plug for EV Level 2 Charging (Nema 14-50) is available for guests with electric vehicles. Guests should bring their own cord, adaptor and portable charger.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.

Lovely stay at 3941 Casaletto

Overall Comment

This house is really very lovely inside. It is clean and well-designed. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen stuff, cleaning supplies. (There is only one set of sheets so if you are staying for more than a few days, you should bring another set or ask for another one.) The bedrooms are good-sized, as is one of the 2 bathrooms. Perfect location, walking distance to beach and downtown PG. There's a beautiful fenced in backyard with lots of nice flowers. The tiny room in the back is good for an office, or as a place to dine. Which brings me to the one downside: there is no table in the main house, you have to eat at the counter. That would be fine for most people for a few days, but we were here for a couple of months and we really missed having a kitchen or dining table. The back room, as I mentioned, does have a small table for 2, but it's a former patio and was added on. It doesn't have heat. We used it as an office. I think they could squeeze a table for 2 into the front room. That was the only flaw. Overall, it was a very well-designed house, with all the comforts one could need. We recommend it highly.
