The downstairs of the home has an attached 1-bedroom apartment that is rented to a long term tenant. It has a separate, rear entrance from the main portion of the home.

This approximately 2305sf unit is available for periods of 6 months or longer, making this perfect for professionals working in the area on assignment, locals who are overseeing a renovation of their nearby home, folks who are house shopping for real estate in the area and many others. If you can work remotely, you really can't beat the beauty and convenience of the Monterey Bay area.

Living Space
The gracious living room of this 2-level home is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV (tenants responsible for service of their choice) and a wood burning fireplace.
A large sun room enjoys an abundance of seating options and a view of Monterey Bay and city lights at night.

Kitchen and Dining
Full kitchen includes all major appliances. An attractive tile backsplash, high ceilings and a pass-through cutout to the living areas keep this kitchen open, airy and functional. An adjacent dining area has seating for 6.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs, along with the main living area, Bedroom #1 is a primary suite with a king bed, a decorative Fireplace (not for burning) and an en suite bathroom with a bath tub and a separate shower.

Downstairs, Bedroom #2 has two separate twin day beds. (One may be moved to Bedroom #3 if preferred.)

Bedroom #3 is currently unfurnished, so it could be used as a bedroom, an office, a home gym or whatever suits your individual needs. (One of the twin day beds from Bedroom #2 can be used here if preferred.) Bedroom #3 also has a decorative Fireplace (not for burning).

The downstairs full bathroom has a shower over a deep soaking tub with jets.
The upstairs has a powder room/half bathroom near the living areas.

Washer and dryer are included in a dedicated laundry room.

No garage, but driveway/off-street parking is available for two vehicles.
