Living Spaces
This recently updated 1700 sf home is freshly furnished and outfitted for comfort and style in its gracious indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The living room looks out onto the large flagstone front patio and the trees beyond. Comfortable furnishings, large windows, TV with satellite service and a wood burning fireplace (with gas starter) in the corner make this a wonderful place to gather.
The separate dining/family room has a wood burning fireplace with gas starter and a TV with satellite service.
Outside, the large back yard is fully fenced.

Kitchen and Dining
The immaculate custom kitchen will delight the chef in you with its stainless steel appliances, solid stone countertops, tile backsplash and abundant natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen also has both conventional drip and single-cup Keurig coffee options. A table and chairs offers a casual eating space or a place to sit and chat with the chef and an adjacent combination dining area/family room includes a larger dining table option. Or step out onto the patio or back deck to dine outside. When you want to eat out, restaurants in Carmel-by-the-Sea or other nearby coastal towns offer a plethora of tasty possibilities.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three freshly appointed bedrooms have new (2023) California King Beds and quality linens.
Bedroom #1 has an en suite bathroom with a custom-tiled shower.
The hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub.

A two car garage and off-street driveway parking is available.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
