Beautiful House & Great Location

The house had a great layout with fenced front and back yards. The kitchen had new appliances. There was plenty of closet space for a month stay with a family of four. The master bathroom was recently updated and was fantastic.
The home is less than a 10 minute walk to the Carmel Valley River Beach/end of Scenic Drive and about a 20 minute walk to Ocean Avenue.
We had an issue with the disposal and the management team handled it right away.
Would love to stay in this house again.

We had a really nice stay here with 7 people. The bedrooms and living spaces are as described, and the space was very clean. Next time, we would consider bringing an air mattress for the bonus room (if your group does not want to share beds). We had no trouble parking 3 large cars. The location was unbeatable. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fabulous visit to Carmel made perfect because of this property. Absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. Attention to every detail was evident from the moment we walked in The front door. It was an easy five minute walk to the ocean add five more minutes and we were in beautiful downtown Carmel. Once back at the property we enjoyed cocktails by the fire pit and later at night we enjoyed the hot tub.This was my fourth trip to the area in recent years and my first time at this location.. I will always choose this one in the future..

Lovely home close to the beach and short drive to downtown Carmel. Lots of great amenities with comfortable beds and nice linens. The outside space was really nice. I have stayed at a lot of Carmel rentals and this one is one of the best.

We were so grateful to find this home in Carmel for a last minute itinerary change. The home is so full of natural light, and an easy 5-7 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Carmel-by-the-Sea shopping and dining. The kitchen was well-appointed, the outdoor spaces were serene, and the beds were comfy. Only disappointment was the mildew around the hot tub and primary bath skylight.

The property was wonderful, with two garden areas. Clean, bright, and lots of light. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub and eating area in the back yard and the garden patio with the fountain and gas fireplace up front. Walking distance to both the shops and beach areas, as well as the Carmel Mission and the Mission Ranch. Highly recommend.

This house was so well appropriated from the kitchen to outdoors. We loved being there. We had a slow drain and someone was there very quickly to fix the problem. The manager was thoughtful, kind and considerate. This trip was fabulous. We will be back!

Long Weekend in Carmel

We just spent a long weekend in this property celebrating a 60th birthday. The house was very cute and was spotless when we arrived. The house has several comfortable spots to hang out and relax both inside and out when you’re home. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach and a very easy walk into town. We walked to the Mission Ranch resort one night and had a great time having dinner on their patio. We loved our time at this property!
