Partially furnished home in Monterey sunbelt, available for a minimum of 6 to 12 month lease only.
This tucked away 2,031-square-foot property is an ideal spot for a long-term stay. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there’s plenty of room to live and work in this comfortable home. It is a partially furnished property, providing the ultimate in flexibility so you can create the functionality and look that suits you best.
Living Spaces:
The vaulted ceiling in the living room enhances a sense of spaciousness while soft, serene colors add a sense of calm. A gas fireplace with slate surround is a handsome focal point. The room’s sofas provide plenty of room for relaxing, conversation or watching your favorite programming on the 65” flat panel TV mounted above the fireplace. Beautiful wood flooring is accented with a colorful rug and center coffee table.
Kitchen and Dining:
The open kitchen features tile counter tops and a large pantry and is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with filtered water/ice dispenser and microwave oven. A peninsula affords additional counter and storage space and looks onto an adjacent area, well-suited as a dining room. The room currently includes built-in corner shelving, rich, dark wood flooring, overhead lighting and four chairs.
The hallway off the kitchen/dining area leads to a conveniently-located half bath, laundry room and interior entry to the attached 2-car garage.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Set just off the living room is Bedroom #1 with a queen size bed, dresser and large walk-in closet with two entrances. Sliding glass doors invite in the natural light and open to a nicely landscaped front yard.
The en suite bathroom features a bathtub and separate shower, large vanity with sink, tile floors and a private area for the commode.
The stairs to the upper level are freshly carpeted and lead to a landing that overlooks the living room and the front yard.
The guest bedrooms have new carpet and include large windows that invite in the sunlight.
Bedroom #2 features a full-size bed, dresser, chair and roomy closet.
Bedroom #3 has a twin bed, a small table and chair and a closet.
The bathroom on this level features tile flooring, a tub/shower combination, vanity with sink and mirror and a commode.
Forced air heating keeps the home cozy on cooler evenings.
Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet deposit and a signed pet addendum.
The centrally-located property is convenient for commuters with easy access to highways. It’s a short drive to downtown Monterey and other Peninsula communities, shopping and services in every direction and the Monterey Regional Airport. Located in the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District, nearby schools include Foothill Elementary, Walter Colton Middle School and Monterey High.
