Built in 2017, the energy-efficient windows and a radiant heating temperature system keeps this home cozy all year round. A modern gas fireplace provides a focal point for the living room, where a sectional sofa provides a perfect spot for relaxing or watching the 55-inch HDTV.
An outdoor dining area greets guests at the entrance to the flat, which is accessed by a private stairway and has ocean views perfect for happy hour time or morning coffee.
The flat includes a sun room filled with wall-to-wall windows and French doors, with a Serena & Lily Avalon daybed, perfect for naps, daydreams, and lazy afternoons. This daybed provides an additional sleeping option for one person, and a small table and chairs next to the west-facing windows is perfect for breakfast, sunsets or writing. The dining area has a beautiful designer table with seating for six and three swivel bar seats at the adjacent kitchen counter. This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
