Overall Comment
This house has a great layout, particularly if you are hosting family and friends - two floors, downstairs has both a huge bedroom/sitting area AND a locked off casita. The staff was very responsive. The linens were lovely.
The only downside is that the back yard needs work - a good bit of extraneous, unnecessary 'stuff' scattered around and the lawn was not in good shape. Great ten minute walk down Lighthouse to excellent local restaurants.

Lighthouse Sanctuary was a perfect fit for our families needs. The property is in a great location a few blocks from the beach, golf course and downtown - all easy walks. The extra apartment, downstairs living area and backyard were perfect as our kids visited and had their own domain. The staff was attentive to our needs and everything went well.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped for our needs. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and the backyard with the BBQ area and the outdoors heater. The proximity to the downtown and the ocean was also a big plus.

Charming, clean, well maintained home with plenty of parking and within walking distance to town. Appreciated having the lights on with soothing music playing as we arrived after dark and all the goodies -- wine, cheese, crackers, cookies, popcorn, coffee, tea, etc. Also loved the extra throws on sofas and beds for chilly nights! Beautiful place and awesome management!
