DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICIES
A 50% deposit of the Total Booking Charges is required to secure the reservation. The final 50% payment is required 60 days prior to arrival date. A reminder email for the final payment will be sent 7 days prior to your credit card being charged. The email will provide an option to change your credit card information if needed.
Cancellation by Guest:
1. Cancellations requests received up until the 61st day prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged a $250 cancellation fee prior to issuing a refund.
2. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are liable for 100% of the rent and associated taxes according to their contract. The Managing Agency will release the dates upon cancellation by the Guest and will attempt to rent the premises to another party. Guest's funds will be retained until replacement booking(s) have been secured that cover the dates being canceled or the original departure date has passed, at which time Guest will be eligible for a refund of any recovered rents less the $250 cancellation fee. All fees, deposits and applicable taxes will also be refunded. Any rents not recovered by the Managing Agency will be ineligible for refund to Guest.
3. If Guest departs the premises prior to the departure date as stated in the Rental Agreement, there will be no refund of any rent or fees.
Sun Trip Preserver Travel Insurance has been made available with your reservation. This insurance reimburses you for prepaid non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. It is strongly recommended you purchase this valuable protection. To purchase travel cancellation insurance you will be asked to select this option during the booking process, but you can preview the coverage at Sun Trip.
